Madison had her first softball game last Saturday 9/25/10. She had a double header. Her team's name is S.W.A.T. (stands for softball with an Attitude!!). Perfect team for Maddie. She claimed that her role model is "my cousin Amanda. She is a great player and she is SMART." Madison is right handed but she is practicing to hit left hand (just like Amanda). Her team did well. They barely lost the first game (9-8) and blew out the second team (14-0). Saturday was a long day for us. Adam also had his tournament that weekend. Of course, Vinny and I had to split our time. A. Vinh's family knows exactly how that works.

ReplyDeleteThat is THE PERFECT team name for Madison. What an awesome attitude she has too! :) It's great she has an older cousin who can be her role model... but at the same time, I think she'll be making a name for herself soon! :)
